Call or chat
The resident calls the studio number or opens the link. Allerto answers in under 2 seconds with a natural Italian voice, or in chat.
Guided intake
Precise questions, one at a time: what is happening, where, since when. In chat the resident can attach photos or PDFs. Everything is logged and timestamped.
Automatic triage
Classified as urgent, high, medium or low. A flood goes out immediately. An administrative request waits in the queue, not in the middle of the night.
Technician on WhatsApp
The local technician gets the full report on WhatsApp with a link to the ticket and confirms with one tap. You see everything.
